Temporary UDPATE!

Hey all -

I am extremely busy this semester. I student teach two days a week (6am-230 pm), work on lesson plans, unit plans, research papers and much more each night - ALSO while having regular classes 3x a week from 8am-4 (or 7 pm on Tuesdays!!!)

I will update with my reviews next week during my Spring Break! I have WorkoutLab's Exercise Cards up next plus MMA champ Bas Rutten's 02 Trainer.

Also, I will post some personal workouts, nutrition ideas/plans and much more!

I update my Facebook page Max-Fitness almost daily with much more! Check it out in the meantime!
