Hey all -
I am extremely busy this semester. I student teach two days a week (6am-230 pm), work on lesson plans, unit plans, research papers and much more each night - ALSO while having regular classes 3x a week from 8am-4 (or 7 pm on Tuesdays!!!)
I will update with my reviews next week during my Spring Break! I have WorkoutLab's Exercise Cards up next plus MMA champ Bas Rutten's 02 Trainer.
Also, I will post some personal workouts, nutrition ideas/plans and much more!
I update my Facebook page Max-Fitness almost daily with much more! Check it out in the meantime!

Welcome to the NEW Max Fitness Blog!
Max Fitness is not just a play on words (My first name is Max)...it is a brand that I have built from nothing.
Who am I?
My name is Max Frankel, I grew up in Northeastern Pennsylvania and became diagnosed with Pre-Type II Diabetes and collected addictions to video games, cookies, pizza, pasta, peanut butter, nicotine and other unhealthy habits. Through proper education and plenty of of self-motivation, I was able to turn my life around and drop all of these unhealthy habits, as well as lose almost 70 pounds and essentially save my life.
